Kansas 70.3

It's Tri season! Josh participated in the Kansas Half Ironman a few weeks ago. He chose this race because it was only 30 minutes from Scott and Christina's house so we were able to stay with them and they were able to come and watch. It was a great race to watch because we saw Josh several times on the bike and run. He had a great race and felt good about his time.

The morning of...we were able to see Josh before he got in the water. I'm still not sure how we all managed to get out of the house and be there in time to see him.

Lake always comes prepared. It was suppose to rain the majority of the day but fortunately it didn't rain and was even a little cool.

The run course was a loop that he completed three times, so we saw him several times.
